Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We appreciate your business and strive for your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 month from the purchase date. Please be aware that damaged products will qualify for a partial refund, within 3 days of the Adventure Box's arrival. Should you decide to return the Adventure Box, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned box, shipping costs excluded. Email correspondence must be maintained with Preschool Campers until completion, for refunds to be given. Please note, photos may be requested. Thank you for your understanding and attention to detail in this matter.
