Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We appreciate your business and strive for your satisfaction.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 month from the purchase date.

Please note that damaged products will qualify for a partial refund, within 21 days of the boxes arrival. Should you decide to return the Preschool in a Box, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned box, shipping costs excluded. Email correspondence must be maintained with Preschool Campers until completion, for refunds to be given. Please note, photos may be requested. Thank you for your understanding and attention to detail in this matter.
